Our Objectives

At Young Leaders Hub CIC, we are committed to empowering individuals and transforming communities in Hull and Humberside. Our mission is to create pathways for social and economic empowerment through leadership development, entrepreneurship support, and cultural engagement. We believe that strong leaders build strong communities, and by equipping individuals—especially young people and underrepresented groups—with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive, we can drive positive change and foster a more inclusive society.

Empowering Leadership

We provide social leadership training programmes to build leadership capacity, foster community integration, and encourage active citizenship. Through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on projects, we develop confident, capable, and socially responsible leaders.

Supporting Entrepreneurship

Tailored entrepreneurship development programmes to aid aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners gain essential skills, access resources, and navigate challenges. Our Micro Small Business Incubation Hub provides training, networking, and mentorship.

Enhancing Cultural Engagement

Through youth clubs, community events, and international exchange programmes, we foster cultural awareness and community cohesion. By bringing people together to share experiences and perspectives, we strengthen social bonds and mutual understanding.
